Leadership
Through Theatre
What does the performing arts have to do with leadership development in a corporate setting? Join us on a 3-day interactive journey of experiential learning through tried-and-tested methods to improve communication, build stronger teams and gain confidence in front of an audience.
What will you discover?
Stage
Presence
The intentional use of body language, facial expressions and voice to convey a message on a deeper level.
Empathy-led
Leadership
Anybody can be a boss. But it takes a special type of person to lead with emotional intelligence. We’ll help you get there.
Strategic Storytelling
Going beyond simply relaying information; it seeks to captivate, inspire, and influence recipients in a way that supports the overall objective.
Meet your Trainers
Who are they? What's interesting about them?
Michelle Yip
Michelle is a multi-hyphenate who is involved in the performing arts, arts education, photography and news tech. As a theatre practitioner, she has been a stage manager for more than 10 years. In 2016, she went into arts education with 3 international schools, followed by her appointment as a lecturer with Sunway University's Department of Performing Arts in 2020.
Michelle lives in Langkawi most of the year; building her homestead.
Reuben Cheow
Reuben has been in arts education for the last decade. He was the Managing Director of Arts and ran a 35-personnel team across three international schools. Majoring in theatre, he uses the stage as a medium to inspire and cultivate an appreciation for the arts. And as a HRDC-accredited trainer, he utilizes the arts to help others achieve their personal development goals.
Reuben hopes to one day be able to play the acoustic guitar.
We are looking forward to meet with you!
