Karfei is the Founder, Lead Coach, and International NLP Trainer of Life Redesigned. When he is not coaching, training, or consulting, he spend his time speaking in MNCs and HR conferences around the world on creating a better workplace culture.

Jon is a seasoned leader, coach and communicator with over a decade of experience in managing, mentoring and moulding people. He has shaped minds, touched hearts and transformed lives via talks, workshops and conferences both locally and abroad (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Australia).

A Certified Professional Coach (ICA ACTP ICF) and a Certified HRDF Trainer, Marziana comes from a background in people capability development and the management of human resources, with a total of 25 years hands on experience. Her experience encompasses various aspects of HR Management including coaching, training and leading HR transformation projects.

Winnie is the Trainer and Solution Enabler with Thriving Talents where she ensures the success of training and development plans by quality training delivery, project coordination and program development to help participants make the most of learning opportunities. She focuses on various projects including physcial and virtual workshops, conference talks, team building, etc

  1. Q: What should I bring with me to the program?
    A: Please bring any necessary personal items such as notepads, and other materials required for note-taking and active participation.

    Recommended packing list:
    - Water bottles
    - Writing materials
    - For Day 1, you may want to bring a jacket/hoodie as the session will be held in an air-conditioned room
    - For Day 2 and 3 - long sleeves, sunscreen lotion, darker clothes as you will be getting wet (2 sets of wet attire), bags to store your wet clothes, mosquito repellent, drybags.


  2. Q: Is there a dress code for the program?
    A: The dress code for the different activities are mentioned in the Day to Day Detailed Agenda. Please refer to the specific Agendas for each day for more info.

  3. Q: How can I get in touch with the program organizers?
