Meet your Trainers
Who are they? What's interesting about them?
MJ Tan
A passionate educator with 19 years of experience in the education industry, including 12 years of experience in training and mentoring educators, MJ is a dedicated mom and a strong advocate for conscious leading, parenting and family finance. As a HRDC-accredited trainer, she strongly champions for lifelong learning and has a decade of experience in doing Yearly Reflections and Goals Setting.
MJ is a torn ACL survivor.
Michelle Yip
Michelle is a multi-hyphenate who is involved in the performing arts, arts education, photography and news tech. As a theatre practitioner, she has been a stage manager for more than 10 years. In 2016, she went into arts education with 3 international schools, followed by her appointment as a lecturer with Sunway University's Department of Performing Arts in 2020.
Michelle lives in Langkawi most of the year; building her homestead.
Min Chia
As a social entrepreneur, Min Chia have worked on enterprises like PichaEats and The Other School. Her passion and calibre in creating training and experiential learning for different stakeholders have resulted in her working with young leaders in Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and France. Min Chia is a HRDC-accredited trainer.
Min Chia had a bike accident and broke her tooth before.
Reuben Cheow
Reuben has been in arts education for the last decade. He was the Managing Director of Arts and ran a 35-personnel team across three international schools. Majoring in theatre, he uses the stage as a medium to inspire and cultivate an appreciation for the arts. And as a HRDC-accredited trainer, he utilizes the arts to help others achieve their personal development goals.
Reuben hopes to one day be able to play the acoustic guitar.
